Millionaire: a Who Wants to Be a Millionaire-style quiz
Want to play Who Wants to Be a Millionaire online? Millionaire is a free, independent quiz game inspired by the classic 15-question prize ladder, with lifelines, checkpoints and the option to walk away.
How the online Millionaire game works
Choose one of four answers for each question. Use 50:50, Ask the Audience or Phone a Friend once per game when you need help, or walk away after answering at least one question.
The £1,000 and £32,000 checkpoints protect part of your progress after a wrong answer. Reaching the first checkpoint counts as a win. Millionaire is independently developed and is not affiliated with the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire television programme.
The daily Millionaire challenge
Every signed-in player receives the same daily sequence of questions, refreshed at midnight UTC. Your answers, available lifelines and position on the prize ladder are saved as you play.
Unlimited mode creates another general knowledge run for practice without changing the daily challenge.
Millionaire scoring and prize ladder
Daily milestones award 1 point at £1,000, 2 at £8,000, 3 at £32,000, 4 at £125,000, 5 at £500,000 and 6 at £1,000,000. Anything below the first checkpoint is a loss worth 0 points.
Daily leaderboards rank the amount won first and correct answers second, so stronger runs place higher. Unlimited games update your stats but do not award points.
